    If you use the wxEuphoria in your program and you code your program without using any system calls or anyhting that os spefic to that os, will your program run on any os

    What language?

    For example, a C++ binary compiled on Linux will not run in Windows, but a Java jar would.

    Also, they would need the wxEuphoria library, which may not be available for that OS.

    So theoretically, probably. Realistically, maybe.
