SSH session with Kermit
I'm having a problem with a Kermit script that connects through SSH to a remote machine and executes a command. The script I'm using works perfectly in RHEL 3 but it does not in RHEL 4.
I use the following command in the Kermit script:
set host /pty ssh -e none -l user host
It works perfectly in RHEL 3 but in RHEL 4 i Obtain:
"Can't connect to ssh -e none -l root 172.18.20.2"
If I change the command so it uses a pipe:
set host /pipe ssh -e none -l user host
Pseudo-terminal will not be allocated because stdin is not a terminal.
and my script is not able to read anything so it gives a password timeout (it thinks that the server did not reply with the question "password?).
I don't know what's happening, can anybody help me, please?
Thanks in advance for your support.
