    are there a visual programming language (like visual c++,visual basic) for linux?

    No. The Visual * suites are Micro$oft products, and I do not believe that they have any intention whatsoever to port those to Linux.

    However, there is GCC which comes with almost every distro, that is even better.

    of course i know gcc
    so how can i make GUI programs using gcc?
    are there any e-books or HOW-TO's about that?

    GUI programs? Well, that depends on what toolkit you want to use. Personally, I recommend GTK2. Check out the tutorial on http://www.gtk.org/.
