    How to sleep under 20 ms in Linux


    The Linux function usleep, cannot sleep under 20 ms. My program needs to sleep arounds 200 microsec. How do I work around this?

    I have had this issue before... select.h was the answer with C/Perl so I'm guessing C++ too.
