    if i'm not wrong,i believe it's the time denotes cpu time slice ...
    i.e how time cpu spent on executing the process.

    Everything depends on configuration and your knowledge. There are no miracles that there exist some admins who can do everything and "see you" like big brother If you were installing linux from the scratch and without some clients which might give a way to get to your computer, you should not worry so much.
    I suggest good book about Kevin Mitnick : "The Art of Deception " how most people are breaking into somewhere
