Just installed FC2.

Grabbed the latest release of gnome themes extras (0.7) and ran the ./configure, make, and make install. Everything completed without a problem, but I don't see the new themes show up under preference/themes.

Location of gnome themes extras I am talking about: http://librsvg.sourceforge.net/

I am an extreme noob, so if someone could explain to me why the new themes, mainly Gorilla, do not show up in the themes selection window.

I found the directories the install created under /usr/local/share... but i can't do anything with them.

I will stop talking now and hopefully this is enough info to get some help
