yum problems

Hello Alll,

I having some major problems getting yum to cooperate with me. Everytime I run it it gives me this string of errors:

Could not setup settings tab. Config.py needs mods.
Gathering header information file(s) from server(s)

Server: Fedora Core 1 - i386 - Base

Server: Fedora.us Extras (Stable)

I am running yum 2.0.7-1. It refuses to update, upgrade, or install anything. Any help would be appriciated. THANX.

I just found apt for FC. This is way better than Yum or Up2date. Really easy to set up. Here is the link to find it: http://www.fedora.us/wiki/FedoraHOWTO. Hope this helps others with this same problem. Ltr
