Installing fedora in external disk
I would like to install Fedora Core 1 in a external USB hard disk. Is it posible? How can I do it?
I have installed WXP Proffesional in my internal hard disk.

i think you can't do this.in the installation of the os when you choose to configure all the things about partitioning method or filesystem type and creating swap,linux searches the hard drives of the system (the mounted ones).
usb is not accesible in installation mode..Linux For Ever!

It is strongly recommended that while possible, you do NOT partition a USB hard disk. Bad things happen. Check your manufacturers documentation for more information.
