    Question PA-RISC and Fedora 7

I have an HP B2000 PA-RISC workstation and I want to load Fedora 7 on it. I have been searching everywhere for what I need to do to edit the boot process to allow Fedora to load from the DVD. I read several articles about a product "PALO" that was used years ago to change the setup of the PA-RISC machine to not look for an LIF boot but use this "PALO" which I believe is similar to LILO but for a RISC processor. I can't find any information newer than 2001, so I don't know if that is no longer valid, is there something already on the DVD that I need to install on the machine first to allow the Fedora to load to the hard drive??? I'm lost. Any help is appreciated!

Check the PA-RISC Linux wiki page on distros.

The two main PA-RISC Linux distributions are ... Debian and ... Gentoo.

Thanks Anomie. I'm reading up on Debian now. Anybody else have any thoughts on using Fedora 7 w/ PA-RISC?
