    compiling gnome 2.6

    Can anyone tell me how to compile "Gnome 2.6" on RH9. I have downloaded all the components for gnome 2.6 from the official gnome.org site. I don't have any isntallation guide nor do the one I downloaded helpful. So I need help.

    Seek and ye shall find. A few clicks away from downloading the components, this is on gnome.org (yes...they do tell you how to install their software).
