Nautilus is a part of gnome-core package and it will uninstall a lot of other Gnome packages too. Why do you want to re-install Nautilus?
Does your machine has Internet access?
    Execute this
    Code:
    yum -y clean all
    yum -y install curl
    Does it throw error message?
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Cache creates problems sometimes and yum clean all has cleaned cache files.

Execute nautilus in Terminal and post error message here if any.
