time server
hi,
I am trying to setup a time server which would answer to hosts internally. I do not want it to go out on the internet and sync time. I just want it to sync time with the internal hosts. How do I do this? I am using Redhat 9....with NFS/NIS environment behind firewall.
Thanks in advance,
Jay

Under Samba you can give the parameter
time server = yes
but this feature is for your network, so that other computers can sync their time with your linux machine.Computers Are Like Air Conditioners... They\'re both useless with Windows open!
