    time server

    hi,

I am trying to setup a time server which would answer to hosts internally. I do not want it to go out on the internet and sync time. I just want it to sync time with the internal hosts. How do I do this? I am using Redhat 9....with NFS/NIS environment behind firewall.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jay

Under Samba you can give the parameter

    time server = yes

but this feature is for your network, so that other computers can sync their time with your linux machine.
Computers Are Like Air Conditioners... They\'re both useless with Windows open!
