on boot up on my redhat9 box, linux prompted me saying that the file system has errors and will do a filesystem scan for me
the error is
file /usr/lib/mozilla-1.2.1/chrome/chrome.rdf ...

file system error
on boot up on my redhat9 box, linux prompted me saying that the file system has errors and will do a filesystem scan for me
the error is
file /usr/lib/mozilla-1.2.1/chrome/chrome.rdf (inode #4767872 ) has 2 duplicate blocks, shared with 1 files
i ran fsck manually but to no avail
any dudes here have any idea?

why don't you try to delete mozilla and reinstall it then?

Redhat still runs fine and everything, right? and Mozilla works? in that case, its probably a physical error (abet a small one) on the drive that is messing with the journaled system. I could be sooo wrong that im bleeding out of my ear tho, so dont take my word for it.
