I recently updated the Mozilla suite for FC2 but now it, or Epiphany don't connect to the 'net. On the other hand, Konqueror works fine. Any ideas?...

Well, I've re-installed Mozilla, and it appears to be working BUT when I click on links on websites nothing goes. If I right click though and open the link in a new page or tab it works.

Very odd indeed...also how do I get Java to work in Mozilla?

i think that there are information on java site...about the links make sure that the page is loaded first and then click on the link..that will work(i had the same problem)..or use ctrl+t to open a new tab and open the link there..
