you have 2 options, one is to associate the command rpm -i with all .rpm, but this is simpler. first navigate to the directory that the rpm is in
then typeCode:cd /home/qub333/downloads
you can use the tab key part way though typing the name to autocomplete it.Code:rpm -i <nameofrpm>

Your question is too broad to answer, you might get a book or reference from internet. If you have one specific problem during your practice that might easier to answer.

Thanks i figured that out now i have a new problem i need to install my video driver.
How will i do this? Before beginning the driver installation, you should exit the X server.
In addition you should set your default run level so you will boot to a
vga console and not boot directly into X
