    Flash in firefox

    Hi All,

Sorry if this sounds like a simple question but here goes...

I's using swfdec but every time I request a page with flash I get a big grey play button and have to manually click it? Is there a way to autoplay this as it's a bit annoying all the time.

Also I am having problems playing flash movies? I don't think swfdec supports them as I can get sound but no images. For example symfony | Web PHP Framework | symfony Screencast Admin Generator

Can anyone suggest anything I can use for these ?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

It appears that I can't use those as I have a x86_64 and they ony support i386?

    Are there any alternatives?

    Thanks

if you have an x86_64 you install the i386 version then you install nspluginwrapper.
google for nspluginwrapper and you will see how it works and how to install it
Linux and me it's a love story

I worked on 64bit OS for a few days and nspluginwrapper worked pretty fine. I had to re-install 32bit for some other problems though !
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
