    expand or resize / partition


    hi ! i need to install a new rpm on my rh9 system. it's an old PC. but i don't have much space on the "/" partition. i need some 200 mb on it. i do have an extra hard disk though.

    i ran "df" and i've attached the output here.

    how would i do it ?

    Could you post the output of df -h command here?

    * RH9 is very old and obsolete. You wont get any security updates. I would suggest to install any lightweight distro. Check this poll on Fav distro for older machines.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
