    hi everyone,

    i am planning to setup mail server on redhat enterprise server 5. can you give some tips. what do you think can i use? qmail or postfix mail server software? or there is any mail server software better that i mentioned? i want a stable, secured and simple to install....actually im new on linux....please help me...thanks a lot

    Make sure you set up the appropriate DNS records.

    I always use Postfix for my MTA and Dovecot for my MDA if the box will be exposed to the internet but for local mail the default packages are fine in my books.

    Actually im using this mail server for local area network and internet use......do you think postfix is ok?

    i need you help .... already i had hosted Our DNS and also Mail Server to Accelfrontline . now i want configure postfix mail server for locally
