    Selecting an audio device.

Right now I am running FC9 and just installed it today. I have two audio cards in my computer right now, and I can't seem to figure out how to select one of them as the default. With gnome I tried to select the correct audio device under "sound preferences" (System>Preferences>Hardware>Sound), and even tested the sound card as to make sure that it works with this. All of my logon noises, as well as music playing software still defaults to the incorrect audio device.

I used the search function on this website but was unable to find what I was looking for, so if anyone could throw me a link or has some input on this that would be great.
