    This page should get you going on it. I've not tried it before, being okay with the default fonts, but good luck with it.

    Of course it is!

    However, doing so screwed up my fonts every time I've ever installed them, so I quit doing that a few years back. Now, that I'm used to them, the Linux fonts appeal to me far more than the Windows fonts, and I no longer feel the need to install any Windows stuff.
