    how to uninstall fedora 8 from usb drive.



    i have installed fedora 8 on 4 gb usb stick. i formatted it in windows and i lost all the memory. i just got 196 mb. how to recover the space from the usb stick.

    Hi and Welcome !

    Plug-in disk and type diskmgmt.msc in RUN Dialog box. Disk Management Tool window will pop up. Does it list any partition marked as Unknown? Delete all unkown partitions of Stick. Create new partition(s) and format in FAT32.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
