Is there a way or any body have any sort of script that can be run on redhat linux server and get the xml output of the servers disk info , memory info , cpu info , how many users , version of linux, host info , time zone etc.

please help me with this as i have to document the redhat server in my company.

Please get me any script that give atleast somewhat related information about what i have mentioned above .
