    OTRS Missing files error in Redhat linux 5.X

    Hi,

    Am using RHL 5.x version. After installing Apache & MySQL, when I run the "otrs-2.3.3-01.i386.rpm" file, I get following error.

    OTRS Missing files:
    error log

    Missing Dependency: perl-DBD-MySQL is needed by package otrs
    Missing Dependency: perl-DBI is needed by package otrs
    Missing Dependency: apache is needed by package otrs
    Missing Dependency: perl-Digest-MD5 is needed by package otrs
    Missing Dependency: perl-MIME-Base64 is needed by package otrs

    Can anyone provide some useful suggestion??

    You need to install all these packages. Use yum install otrs*
