when i start the vncserver this is what i get , how can i troubleshoot this issue:
# service vncserver start

vncserver issue
when i start the vncserver this is what i get , how can i troubleshoot this issue:
# service vncserver start
Starting VNC server: 0:applrac bash: /root/.bashrc: Permission denied
Warning: qaerpdb02:0 is taken because of /tmp/.X11-unix/X0
Remove this file if there is no X server qaerpdb02:0
A VNC server is already running as :0
[FAILED]

do i have toremove /tmp/.X11-unix/X0 as it is mentioned there?
I am clueless please help me....
