[SOLVED] Double vision/blurring monitor

I have a linux box that is hooked up to 3 monitors. The right monitor became blurry and the mouse pointer is double. I switched the left and right monitor cables during troubleshooting to see if it was the monitor or a software issue. After the cables were switched the left monitor had the problem and the right monitor was fine. I am assuming there is some kind of setting or configuration problem that needs to be changed. Does anyone have any ideas.

The problem is fixed. The monitor connection needed to be plugged into a switch shared with other hardware.
