Can ISO be created from installed CentOS?

I installed CentOS 5.2 and it was fine.

Later I installed some third party applications.
Is this possible to create again ISO image from this install?

Or alternatively how one rpm package can be added to the CentOS iso cds.

    Thanks,
    ~Sanjay

Am newbie but on the first question i would say yes it can or yes u can, but i dont know if adding them in the system itself or on cd will effect the instal ,if u dont use the wright packages than it wont work i think,u have to compile to ur OS first if is an other kind of package, and also the time that is on the original image/cd have to be the same as the original i think but not sure, am just thinking logicall of what i know with windows based slimstreaming ,i only know that is better done on linux than on windows cause one of the advantages is that u dont have to deal with licence codes and wpa cracks etc.So i am positive bout this slimstreamign with Linux but dont ask me how

Yes, it can be done one way, that I have done before. This is a lengthy and convoluted way, but it will work perfectly:

Boot up a live CD, then enter this command:
    cp /dev/sda /dev/sdb

This will copy EVERYTHING, including the boot image (on sda), to the target disk (sdb).

I'm sure the command can be modified to copy only the boot/image partition, but I'm not sure what the modded command is...
