    vsftp chmod help


    i did the cdmod commands so that i can access a directory when i login to a ftp server i setup on fedora. but it allows me to go in that folder but all the folders inside of it i cannot access. is ther e a command to allow access to all the subfolders and files too.

    chmod a+rwx /home/ftp --or-- chmod 777 /home/ftp


    note: if you are chrooting anon users, you must perform this command on another dir inside of the root, vsftpd will not run with anonymous writable root.
