Dear Team,

We are running Rpath Linux for hosting Squid Proxy Server. We were using this server for the past two years without any issues. Right now we are getting an error whenever we are trying to access a site, mostly the issues arises when we access google.com. Below is the error message.

Access Denied (policy denied)

Your system policy has denied access to the requested URL.

I have no clue why this is happening. Can anyone advise me how to solve/troubleshoot this issue?

We are facing this issue daily now and most of the users have started complaining about this problem. Please help.
