    KDE constant crashes

Okay I'm having a problem with KDE crashing on my Red Hat 9 install.
GNOME works fine but every time i choose to start in KDE every program i open dies. THe crash handler takes care of it..but it's just annoying

any ideas? Is this a common thing with RH9 or is it just my luck? If it helps my Kernel Version is 2.4.20-8 and the KDE version is 3 something..not 100% sure.

Rh tends to have poor kde support in general, if you would like kde, try a different distro would be your best bet.

the same thing happened to me a few months ago. I deleted all hidden files and directories and KDE started behaving. Just a note of caution Be careful while deleting files. You may end up deleting something important.
