Kernel Panic error
Hi,
I got kernel panic on server. Its showings
sd 0:1:7:8 rejecting I/O to offline device
sd 0:1:7:8 rejecting I/O to offline device
sd 0:1:7:8 rejecting I/O to offline device
After rebooting it was working properly.
Please tell me what to trace for root cause analysis and why this error occurred.
