    Arrow what is the error with yum?

    i ran the following command the output is like that even i ran this command on other system its working ..

    [root@localhost ~]# yum install apache
    Setting up Install Process
    Parsing package install arguments
    No package apache available.
    Nothing to do

    Have you set all repositories correctly?
    I would suggest you to install Graphical Interface of yum, Yum Extender.

    su -
yum -y install yumex
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
