FC 10 Not Shutdown, restart

Hi guys using fc10 with kde 4.1, when i try to retstart, shutdown or Ctr+Alt+F2 but got only blank screen, what is the problem,

I am not able to shutdown, restart n init l3 mode.

what i do.

able to shutdown through terminal

#poweroff but not through menu..

Execute this

su -
shutdown -h now

Does it work? Replace -h with -r to reboot.

Lets check if its a user specific problem or something else. Create a new user, log in and check if Shutdown in Menu works.

try with new user, but still same,, blank black screeen.

but keyboard numlock is off but cpu power led are on.

Looks like a Bug in KDE 4.1. I will look into this.
