hai guys
i just switched from ubuntu to fedora,now i hve the following doubts please any one help
1.I installed vlc player from the rpmfusion repository,i feel the installation is very slow than in ubuntu
with my net speed being 30kbps ,why is it so
2.how can i see all the softwares in rpmfusion
3.can any one help me making installation of softwares through add/remove softwares
or give me a link or tutorial for knowing the installation process through add/remove softwares

rpmfusion repository could be slow at the time of VLC installation. I would suggest you to install Graphical Interface of yum, Yum Extender.
Execute this :
Look for Yum Extender in Menu. You can install, update, remove and list packages through it easily.Code:su - yum -y install yumex
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
