How can i monitor the internet usage of individual pc

Hi, All

I am using cent OS on my server & fedora or Kubuntu in client pc

can anyone tell me that how can i monitor my users internet usage,
what thing they download from internet,
any software or any service that help me to track
my network PCs

Put squid on the server, set it up as a transparent proxy, and it'll log all your activity. Once it's working, you can deny direct access to the internet for these other computers.
