Yesterday,I have installed compiz .and can use it ,but today when I login kde with root.I cant' type any characters.How can I fix this problem???

If you mean the password characters aren't showing up on the screen, it's because password characters are not echoed to the screen in Linux and are not supposed to be showing up. You simply type them in as if they were showing up and then press ENTER.
However, I'm pretty sure that root logins are disabled by default in KDE.oz
