I hv a text file in redhat linux platform and i need to copy this file to windows platform running on the same system. Is there any command for this...???

Welcome to the forums!
If you have your windows partitions listed in your fstab file, you should be able to use your file manager to copy/paste any linux text file directly into your windows partition. If you are using NTFS on your windows partitions, you'll need ntfs-3g installed to write to them.
Otherwise, you can copy/paste the file to a flash drive, then copy/paste it from that into windows the first time you boot to windows.oz
