    How to install dot net framework 3.5 in RedHat Linux

    I have RedHat Enterprise Linux 4.5 and need to install dot net framework 3.5 on it.

    Is it possible to install dot net framework 3.5 in RedHat? Has anybody done this. Shall really appreciate if somebodu could gie me this installation guide.

    Its not for Linux, you cannot install it on wine too.

    Is there something else that is suggested to use ?

    I'm new to Linux world so please pardon my ignorance. Is there some other tool set available that one would say is an equivalent to the .Net framework for Red Hat Linux?
