    Hi and Welcome !

Press Alt+Ctrl+F2. Does it switch to command line login prompt?
Do have USB KeyBoard and Mouse?
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Does keyboard work at startup in GRUB Menu? Can you use Up/Down keys highlight other options available in GRUB Menu?

I'm talking about present tense. Wanted to know if it 'still' works under windows. Btw, what about DC's question?

Problem is with Keyboard only. Test your keyboard in any other machine.
