    Fedora10 - Fedora Guide

The package ccsm is a control center for Compiz that will allow you to set and configure many effects.

I don't use compiz (or Fedora), so I'm not too familiar. You've set the keybindings for them and it doesn't work? I think the default is SUPER+SHIFT+Left Mouse Button (SUPER is sometimes known as the windows key.)
