What file have you downloaded to install?
    What are the dependencies?
How about some more info, we can't give you help unless you be specific.

    Hi,

What ever package asking for i am not getting in my RHEL4U4 cd . this is may be the cause of flash-plugin-10 version . Once i am collecting from net then the exact required one i am not getting . How to resolve this ?

Is there any link where i can get flash-plugin for some older version so that i can get all the dependencies in my RHEL 4 CD. ?

    Thanks,
    Susanta

Install Adobe flash player via YUM..
download and install THIS rpm first.

    then refresh YUM, and install
    flash-plugin
    Never make any misteaks.
