    I wouldn't bother. Get Sun's VirtualBox virtual machine manager for Windows and run Fedora in a VM. You can build everything there where the tools are available, and test in another VM as needed.
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

    Using a VM for compiling on a Desktop is nothing but a waste of time. you can try it out but its damn slower. as far as i did it.. X_X lol

    You need a compiler for what language. I guess its C/C++?

    There is an option you might have heard before is CygWin
    Heres a good guide to setup Cygwin with gcc/g++
    If its not c/c++, please mention it.
