first of all i am appreciating all the linux masters and linux gurus for this great effort
dear friends
i am new to linux and i have few knowledge on linux
i have a desire that i would be a master in linux
how do i and what ways should i follow to be a master in linux administration
kindly suggest me the good books

you could start by buying this book "Linux Phrasebook". that should give you a good start.
but, personal preference would be using a linux box on a daily basis and challenge your self with new things. this way you will be able to learn more about how your OS and hardware work together. also by researching will help you to increase your knowledge.

Instead of buying something, you can get good knoledge from internet resources.
The first thing you need to know about Linux - Linux.com :: Learn more about Linux
The learn and practice the Linux command line - really this is the best way.
LinuxCommand.org: Learn the Linux command line. Write shell scripts.
UNIX / Linux Tutorial for Beginners
After you finish this you can go for advance guides.
You should Install minimalistic CentOS/RHEL or Debian on your system, then keep your system in run level 3, which is the best practice.
( as you want be a master )
If you want a break from all this, you can try to become a Pokemon Master

Very good books and doumentation rokytnji
Heres a tip for you httpd, when you start learning a Linux basics and CLI, its good to not to be distro specific. ( a sign of a master )

It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
