    Dear All,

I am new on Linux... I installed RHEL 5.2 on a server machine

I have two RAID controller ,each controller have 7 disks (RAID 5 configured on both)

I also have a single hard disk on which I installed RHEL 5.2

when I boot my system it takes me to GRUB command line interface not in the menu list of kernels

I need to mention that we are using GPT because we want partitions of 2TB

    Hi and Welcome !

Post the contents of /boot/grub/grub.conf file and output of fdisk -l command here. You can use LiveCD of any Linux distro to execute fdisk command and copy contents of grub.conf file.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
