Hello and Welcome to the Forums.
Try using this code to get a little more info on the Wifi card.
    Code:
    lsusb --vv |grep Linksys
Do you have a wired connection already working? It makes things easier if you do, the reason I ask is because there seems to be a module loaded but I could be wrong.

Post the output of this command too, please.
    Code:
    ifconfig

Hi, I do not have a wired connection. I would actually rather have a wired connection but the modem is too far from my computer. I tried the lsusb --vv command and received unrecognized option error so I just used the option -v.

    Code:
    # lsusb -v | grep Linksys
    Bus 001 Device 002: ID 1737:0070 Linksys

Well, the last output shows there are two devices, eth0 and eth1.
Execute this command and post the output please.
    Code:
    iwlist eth0 scan
    Code:
    iwlist eth1 scan
While we're at it, go ahead and get the output of this command too.
    Code:
    lspci
Have you tried using the Network tool? I think there is an Icon for it in the system tray area.

There was recently another thread about this wireless. A quick search found the thread:

    http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/wir...lp-please.html

It seems that it should be using the rt73usb driver, but I don't see it loaded on your system.

Edit: WAIT! That isn't a recent thread! I know that it was discussed recently, I just am not certain in which thread.

    Upon further review....

I think that the Ralink rt2870 driver is the correct one for this wireless. It can be installed from the RPM Fusion repository. You first need to enable the repository.

    RPM Fusion - RPM Fusion

You could also install it from the source available from Ralink.

    Ralink Technology: Linux
