[SOLVED] My firefox is realy choppy
got fedora 10 and im using the preinstalled firefox 3 and it is really choppy. Especially when I scroll up/down the page and just feels slow.
also when i wash flash movies its really choppy like it shows a little bit and then it pauses for a sec but you still here the sound.
a also find vlc to be very choppy when in full screen mode is it possible i dont have my video card installed or something?
COMP specs = 3.2 ghz dual core 3gb ram
Any ideas on how to overcome this problem? different browser? or simple fix?Last edited by donaldfarkas; 05-10-2009 at 06:18 AM. Reason: more info

It could very well be the video card drivers. Open a terminal/konsole window and post the output of this command. But first login as root.

Code:lspci |grep VGA
