Hello

I'm having some difficulties printing from a networking printer.

I can print Office files but when it comes to Firefox pages (which is run remotely) and pdf's, sometimes, the print button is greyed out and when it isn't it doesn't print anything. I can see the job is being sent to the printer but nothing is printed out.

Does anyone know why that might be? Any tools I can use to diagnose the problem?
