    It's generally better to install Linux after installing Windows.

    If you install Windows last, it will overwrite your bootloader and leave you only able to boot into Windows. You can however reinstall GRUB to give you the option of booting into Linux or Windows.

    Check out the SuperGRUB LiveCD for an easy method to reinstall GRUB to the MBR.
