accessing dimdim from internet

I've installed dimdim on rhel5.2 using vmplayer and running centos appliance.
It works fine, I changed the http port to 86 as That server was in demilitarized zone.
Now i've portforwarded to that ip but can't access from internet.whereas I can access it from Lan

Don't know what to do, but i'll try to finish it off

yes it works neatly on debian and that too from source
.At times i have seen the server stopping in rhel but on debian it's good
if I could do something 4 u this is my mail id
