    Had a kernel failure...

My computer went through an arduously long boot-up, saying something about something needing renaming.. Then, once it was finally up, the penguin came into the bottom right of the screen and said that my system had a kernel failure and asked if I wanted to submit the information.. I said yes.. What could be the cause of this, and do I have anything to worry about?

    Thanks.

We would need more info. The next time it happens, click on "details" and post the output here.

However, I can say that when you said something needed relabeling, this sounds like SELinux, but I am not sure why SELinux would cause a kernel failure. Therefore, we will need the output of the failure.

Well, that problem happened when I was using Fedora 11, which I found to be crap. I had video problems and when I went searching online I found that there is a known issue with 11 and NVIDIA AGP video, so I'm using 10 again, and everything is happy and functioning correctly.

Isn't F11 still beta? If so, caveat user! That's why it's beta - if you try it and have problems, then you need to report them to the fedora development forums so they can fix it.
