How do I do a dual-boot?
Well, I've really enjoyed Fedora 10, but recently my computer has started locking up about every minute for about 10 seconds.. It's frustrating as hell, as I may be typing in a document and looking away, but my typeing isn't being registered, etc..
Well, what I want to do is FDISK my hard drive with my Windows XP Pro disc and partition it into two 60 gig partitions-one for Windows and one for Fedora.. My problem is that I used my entire disc for Fedora, and when I try to boot my Windows disc to wipe Fedora and start over, my computer locks up and the hard drive light stays on.. I've tried three times now.
How do I get Fedora off my machine and get Windows back?
Thanks.

Use the Parted Magic LiveCD to delete the current partitions, then create a 60 GB partition leaving the extra space on the drive as unallocated. Install Windows in the newly created partition, then install Linux and direct the installer to utilize the unallocated space.
That should do it.
Should your Windows installation disk refuse to work when you go to install Windows, post back for further instructions.oz
